Cat. No. |
RAB11A-1096H |
|
Description |
Rab11A is a
small GTPase that belongs to the Ras superfamily. Rab proteins
play an important role in various aspects of membrane traffic,
including cargo selection, vesicle budding, vesicle motility,
tethering, docking, and fusion. Rab11A is located to Golgi and
recycling endosomes. It facilitates transport from golgi to
apical recycling endosomes and is involved into phagocytosis in
macrophages. |
