Antigen
information |
Chemokine
(C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1) (also known as GRO-alpha) has
chemotactic activity for neutrophils. It may play a role in
inflammation and exerts its effects on endothelial cells in an
autocrine fashion. |
|
Specificity |
Recognizes
recognizes human Chemokine ligand 1 protein. |
|
Antibody class |
Mouse IgG1 |
|
Applications |
Can be used in
ELISA and Western blotting. |
|
Presentation
and storage |
Purified
antibody is available at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in
citrate-phosphate buffer pH 7.0, with 0.02% Proclin 300 as a
preservative. The antibody may be stored at -20° C for one year
in its original formulation. Additionally, antibody may be
stored at 2° to 8° C for up to 1 month without detectable loss
of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the diluted
antibody. |
